my frustration tolerance has been at an all-time low these recent weeks. I am once again one silly widdle mishap away from McLosing it.
On top of all of this shit my weight’s back in the 120s despite having hard proof that I’ve been at a <800 deficit on most days. I think my daily allowance has dropped despite my level of physical activity staying the same.
I’m gonna clear my head with a couple of days of liquid fasting. At the very least, it’ll keep me focused
